The Extremely Precious Human Life

Thats my friend's kiddo - David, at nine months old. I realised its rather difficult to take photographs of children as they are so active. Is it about the shutter speed? Still trying to figure it out.

A friend living in Washington wrote to me today. I was rather surprised by his statement though he is not a father yet - planning to next year spring. "Being a parent is what life is all about in the end."

In Buddhism, it is believed that the human life is extremely precious and it is only achieved once in a long time. Thus, it is extremely important that one does not waste this precious human life. Make it as meaningful as possible by following the Dharma and by not commiting the non-virtuous deeds.
